Privacy notice
This website is operated by Andrea Jiga, a private real estate advisor in Dubai. When you fill in a form, I collect what you give me: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and anything you write about the property you are interested in.
I use it only to answer your request: to send the guide, report or brochure you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and, if you ticked the box on the guide form, to send an occasional market note (at most twice a month). I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your details are stored in my client records system. You can ask to see, correct or delete them, or unsubscribe, at any time by emailing andrea@bencorealty.com. This notice is written to reflect the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021).
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, I use them to measure how pages are used and how well advertising performs (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel). If you reject them, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
